Zopio
Commercial Model

A commercial model aligned with how the infrastructure is actually used.

No upfront software license fee, no separate onboarding or software setup fee, and no fixed platform fee. Commercial terms scale with usage, transaction activity and the agreed scope.

How the model works

Clear cost boundaries before the engagement begins.

01

No upfront fees

There is no upfront software license fee and no separate onboarding or software setup fee. Onboarding and product configuration are handled as part of the engagement.

02

No fixed platform fee

You do not pay a recurring fixed platform fee simply to access Zopio. The commercial model is designed around actual use rather than a fixed software charge.

03

Productized development

Customer-specific requirements are evaluated during onboarding. Requirements accepted into the product scope are delivered without a separate development fee. Zopio may implement the requested solution directly or use a different product approach that achieves the agreed business outcome.

04

Usage-aligned pricing

Zopio fees align with actual product usage, transaction activity and the agreed commercial scope. The model can adapt to the products and operating pattern relevant to the engagement.

05

Terms agreed upfront

Unit rates, volume-based terms and any commitments are defined transparently before onboarding begins, so the commercial model is known before implementation starts.

06

Clear separation of costs

Zopio fees are separate from third-party provider costs and the customer's own internal implementation or integration costs. Each cost category remains explicit in the business case.

Pricing before commitment

Customer-specific terms instead of a generic public price list.

Zopio does not force every customer into the same public pricing plan. Rates and commercial terms are defined against the expected usage, transaction activity and operating scope, then agreed before onboarding.
